I was adjusting my cassette speed and this just broke, no noise, no snap, no nothing, and now the speed is all messed up. Istg i used only my fingertips.

Are there any fix for this (am willing to try anything atp).

Are there any better component to replace this?

Any tips on how to keep these potentiometer from breaking.
