Only drips come out when making an espresso shot
I have the Breville Barista Touch (BES880) machine, its only a little over a month old. I've been making coffee with it everyday using the same beans from the same roaster. However, today the machine started to only drip out an espresso shot, none of the settings has changed. I know people are going to recommend grind coarser, but I set the grind to 10 (out of 20), I don't overly tamp it hard either, I have tried using the provided razer to remove excess grind from the portafiler if needed but most times, it does nothing.
It has been fine until now, its not that old, when I just pull a shot without the portafilter attached, the water seems to be coming out fine (I have no idea if its normal tbh as I don't have a point of reference, could be much less water coming out than normal, I don't know but I assume its normal as the amount of water coming out is what I expect). However, as soon as I add the portafilter with grinded beans, it just produces drips. I have tried a coarser grind, it did not work, I have tried less, it did not work. I don't know what the cause is, but it might be that there is not enough pressure to push water through the grind?
Can anyone help and provide suggestions to fix this issue?
