I'm stuck on a screen where whenever I shutdown and restart, I can get to Startup Disk and Options page but whenever I click either it sends me to this page which says Activate mac and says to select an admin user you know the password for: but it is just blank and there is no top bar with utilities or terminal or anything. Would love it if i could get some help
