I am an 18-year-old woman, 5'11 and 182 lbs. I'm on the Depo shot and have gained almost 60 lbs since being on it. My whole life, I have struggled with weight loss. I used to weigh 230 lbs. About a year ago, I managed to get down to 135 lbs, but when I got put on the Depo, I gained more than half of it back, and I'm not sure what to do.

I go on vacation in a month, and I want to feel confident in my own skin again. My mom has suggested trizepatide, but I want to know more about how it actually works before I do it, and Google doesn't cut it.

I don't want to lose the weight in the way I did before, as it was unhealthy, but I want to lose it relatively quickly, at least, so I'm down some weight by the time we go on vacation. I know it can be hard to lose weight quickly, but I'm willing to put in the work and time to do it.

Being on the Depo, it feels as if I am hungry no matter how much I eat. It has also made me feel extremely lazy and depressed, but I live with my boyfriend, and I am honestly.

A. Too scared to get off it because I don't want to get pregnant

B. Too scared to try any other birth control because of all the side effects, even though I get the side effects with the Depo.

I need all the tips and help to help me get back to the weight I desire and feel healthy at. Thank you!
