Hello. 28 m. I’ve noticed a small painless lump near the end of my penis. It does not hurt and I can really only feel it when erect and pressure or weight is applied. For example, when I sleep on my stomach.

Possibly a lymphangitis or vein issue? What kind of doctor should I go to to get this checked? Thanks!
