🛏️ The Room: A private room with great natural light and a built-in wardrobe. Your own separate private washroom.
🏡 The Flat: Kitchen is fully set up with all appliances. Wi-Fi, water purifier, washing machine, and refrigerator sorted. The living room is a blank canvas — we're looking to set it up fresh with the new flatmate.
💰 The Financials: Rent: ₹17,500/month Deposit: ₹1,00,000 (Refundable) Monthly Extras: Approx. ₹6k–7k/person (maid, cook, Wi-Fi, electricity, etc.)
