Pad Thai after work

Anybody else have issues with being a decent cook but a family who is extremely picky and only eat bland food? I got off a 10 hr shift, make a big pan of pad Thai with chicken and tofu, half my family says some variation of "it's some weird Asian food, I'll just make cereal" 😭 I guess more for me? I think it's delicious, not as good as a restaurant but better than a lot of people could do.
