If this doesn’t get resolved I am going to start reaching out to lawyer’s because of how ridiculous the situation is. Never, ever go to Penn Foster bc the staff don’t know what they’re doing. My skill 48 was denied for “no patient use log” + for not describing “how I participated” in the contrast study (photo 2). The rubric itself says I don’t need to submit that, and that no animal use is required (photo 1). The staff make up their own rubrics + grade off that. Other grading issues include being denied for submitting “screenshots” even tho none were submitted, yet other skill where screenshots WERE actually submitted were approved. Another grading issue is them denying me for not writing about certain things (yet I did), and then claiming that the page magically didn’t load when they originally graded it (photo 3). I’ve also been waiting 3 weeks for a response to a basic Q, and have had to wait months prior for other basic Qs to be answered. Last Externship I also got grading that was in broken English and didn’t make any sense (photo 4). Don’t waste ur time and money because most staff are incompetent.
