Playing against Quilboar is by far the most frustrating experience in the game right now. I'm not saying they are the best tribe in the game, but judging by the number of games I'm absolutely getting rag-dolled the last couple of days, they sure aren't weak either.
Losing to a stronger opponent is usually not a big deal. Sometimes they just had a better game and that's that. But losing to a good Quilboar opponent is like... okay, how the hell was I supposed to beat that?
What exactly was Blizzard thinking giving them literally everything?
High attack? ✅ Deathrattle/Reborn? ✅ In-combat scaling? ✅ Divine Shield? ✅ Venom? ✅
Get tanky? Good luck with their never ending Deathrattle, Reborn nonsense.
Get REALLY tanky? They can pivot to Pufferquill, which can proc Venom 2-3 times thanks to Reborn and Divine Shield. Play Undead? Good joke. Quilboar is straight up better at Undead than Undead.
What exactly is their weakness or their identity supposed to be? Because right now they seem to just have it all.
Last season they had a clear identity with clear weaknesses. Get beefy with titus/rally, or shop buff Consume. Counterable and fair. This season they have every keyword in the game and I'm genuinely not sure why it has to be like that.
Right now the only way I've found to beat them is to play Demons and get insanely tanky, while praying they don't Venom scam me into oblivion.
