I am on the birth control pill (21 days) and I have been for probably 9 or so months. I just got my period a week early and I am really confused as to why this is happening. I am having really weird symptoms that could just be from a cold or something, but I have stuff like brain fog, fever, sore throat and plugged ears. I only recall having similar symptoms after I got my first ever period. My bleeding is not as heavy as a normal period however. Do I need to up my dosage or is something else wrong? Also, is the pill still effective now?
