Hi everyone, I really need some genuine guidance and would appreciate any advice.
I’m a 21F from a middle-class family. I scored 85% in both 10th and 12th, then pursued B.Com (Hons) along with Company Secretary (CS), which is quite similar to CA in terms of rigor and corporate relevance. I’m currently in the final stage of CS and will be starting my 2-year internship from June.
I’ve always had an interest in building a career in the corporate sector, ideally with some international exposure. I’m considering doing an MBA or some course abroad, but I’m honestly very confused and a bit lost about the right path.
Here are some challenges I’m facing:
\- I’m weak in maths, so preparing again for competitive exams like GMAT feels overwhelming.
\- Financial constraints are a big factor, so I need options that are affordable or offer scholarships.
\- I don’t have clarity on which course or country would be the best fit for my background (B.Com + CS).
\- I want something practical that helps me get a good corporate job abroad.
At the same time, I don’t want to waste time or make a wrong decision just because I’m confused right now.
I’m open to exploring options other than MBA as well—anything that aligns with corporate roles, finance, compliance, consulting, etc.
If anyone has been in a similar situation or has knowledge about studying/working abroad with this background, please guide me.
My specific questions:
What are the best courses or career paths abroad for someone with a B.Com + CS background (keeping in mind weak maths and limited budget)?
Which countries should I realistically target, and what strategy should I follow to make this possible?
Thank you so much in advance 🙏
