Can someone tell me if she heard my last goodbyes right before she passed away?
My beautiful best friend passed away almost 6 years ago from Stage 4 Melanoma and complications with her treatments. She was barely 27 years old. She was so beautiful, full of life and energy, incredibly funny and seemingly had it all to those who didn’t really know her. Her mom struggled with addiction her entire life while her dad lived in another house and basically just threw money at her and her sisters. Despite basically raising herself, she was an incredible human. She was my best friend. We became best friends in 5th grade and although I moved 600 miles away we remained best friends until the day she died. I wasn’t always great at calling/texting and while she was in a coma in her last hours I begged her to hear how sorry I was for not being a better friend. I told her how much I loved her and how much she meant to me. I just want to know if she heard me and if she’s at peace. No one including her expected her to die. I just love and miss her so, so much and need to know that she is okay and maybe even hanging around. Thank you.
