Anyone faced warranty issues with Apple products bought from Blinkit?
I honestly didn’t expect buying Apple earphones from Blinkit to turn into this much back-and-forth.
I ordered Apple Wired Earphones from Blinkit a few days ago, and when I used them, one side wasn’t working at all. I contacted Blinkit immediately, thinking it would be a simple replacement case.
Instead, they told me to visit an Apple Authorized Service Center since the product wasn’t physically damaged.
So I went there.
The Apple service center checked the invoice and told me they couldn’t process warranty/service because the invoice from Blinkit doesn’t mention the serial number details required for validation.
I went back to Blinkit support and explained everything. Since then, I’ve mostly been getting repetitive template replies saying:
- invoices are system-generated,
- invoices cannot be modified,
- and I should use the same invoice for warranty.
But the whole problem is that Apple already said the invoice isn’t sufficient.
So right now I’m stuck in the middle:
Blinkit says contact Apple.
Apple says the invoice from Blinkit is incomplete.
End result:
I paid for earphones that were defective from day one, and I still don’t have a replacement, refund, or working warranty support.
Just sharing this here to know if anyone else has faced something similar with Apple products bought through quick-commerce apps like Blinkit.
