hello!

i’m in a dire need of help. to make a long story short, in 6 weeks, in having my medicine school entrance exam. when im under pressure, i am unable to eat, every texture i learned to like becomes vile, after a few bites of food i want to vomit, even temperature becomes a problem.

i get hungry, i make something safe, and right when i sit down to eat, i am no longer hungry, i want to throw it out. when this happens i am left with green olives, broccoli and pickles for breakfast lunch and dinner. i am so sick of this happening, i spend a lot of time in the gym and i dont want to lose my progress again. protein shakes, greek joghurt, chicken, anything, it all makes me nauseous. smoothies too.

please, if you have any suggestions, how to help with eating in this state, id be a huge, huge help.

i want to stay at a healthy weight and im quite desperate. thank you!!
