I had the early sjogrens panel done and it was positive! I don’t have dryness- just severe joint pain- minor swelling. anyone here have both? or diagnosed with Sjogrens first? All of my bloodwork is normal- other than the early panel- I keep waiting for my anti CCP to be positive but nothing yet.
