Lolos pass near Mt.Hood for a wedding ceremony

We are coming from the East Coast for a micro wedding near Mt.Hood. The guest list is at max 15 people and we would like to do a small/quick ceremony in Mt.Hood national forest. We would plan for the month of August. We would rent a few rooms at a hotel and jusy potentially rent out an area of the hotel restaurant for dinner and cake.

I saw someone post that you can drive up Lolo pass, but will need a high clearance vehicle. However does anyone have any photos of what the top of the road would look like and how crowded is it during a weekday? I am okay hiking a little, and same with family as long as I give them notice. Is there other spots that are scenic, secluded and under a 30 minute easy hike? I know my parents will complain if they are sweaty haha. Thanks!

PNW mountain OR Wyoming

Hoping to elope August 2027. We would love to elope at an NP like North Cascades or Mt.Rainier since these are less touristed parks. However we are open to NP like the Grand Tetons! Ideally we will have 10 people with us. We would like to do a short ceremony and then just a nice dinner at a restaurant somewhere after.

Any recommendation on:

Locations in park (we are okay with a short hike/walk)

Hotels for all guests (preferably with a restaurant)

2 scenic air bnbs near each other

Nice Restaurants for a dinner near by

Photographers who shoot film

Thank you! Also any pictures you have your ceremony would be amazing!

We are hoping to have a 30-35 guest low-key wedding. We found a Vrbo in NH called “New Hampshire Mountain Inn”, it seems like a good deal for two nights it $4500 to book the whole place. We would then have guests stay there and we pay for their accommodation. We would then hire a personal chef for the evening or have a few food trucks.

I was wondering if anyone knows of venues with a similar set up of renting the whole place for 2/3 nights. We are okay dealing with the DIY of setting up tables and dealing with the trash. We are also hoping to bring our 20 pound dog. Ideally we would be near the mountains or water.

Our goal is have a ceremony that appeases parents for under 10k in the mountains and then the following weekend invite our 100 friends/family for just a casual party at an elks lodge with an open bar, dance floor and food. For the people who are only going to the party I would state on the invite it’s more casual and gifts are optional.
