A customer with poor communication.. taking months to complete a project

So i got an order to make uniforms for a business, accepted half the total price as a deposit. I made all of the uniforms and scheduled a fitting. I was paid the remaining half at the fitting. After the fitting, i made the adjustments and then reached out to them to schedule the next fitting to confirm the outfits were how they wanted, this was around a week and a half after the fitting. I reached out and received no response, i followed up 3 days later asking the same thing. No response. And then a third time a week after the original text, once again no response. 2 weeks after the original text she sends me a message asking about my other job that is not related and one of the people i work with at that job, not mentioning or acknowledging the outfits at all. A bit over a month later one of the other managers messaged me asking when i planned to complete the outfits.. i sent her the screenshots of me reaching out to the manager i was in communication with the entire time and explained what happened. She then tells me that the other manager has been busy and handed off dealing with uniforms to her, and the original manager never communicated any of what i said. I then told her let’s schedule a fitting for that coming friday (it was a Monday). Then no response. I texted the new manager contact again 3 days later, no response. I then texted her a week later and informed her i would be moving in 3 weeks across the country so i would like to get the fitting done soon, in case everything didn’t fit correctly. No response. So.. 3 weeks went by and i moved. I have not heard from either manager, until today. I checked and the last message i sent her informing her i would be moving and that we need to schedule the fitting was on April 2nd. Today is May 10th. I moved on the 16th of April. The message literally says “So what do you need from us to complete the job” and it is a group chat with the original manager and the new manager. How do i proceed.. i live across the country and can’t do a fitting with them, but it’s been months since ive tried to schedule a fitting with them. Any advice, tips, caution.

So basically my grandma (84) has a common law partner (86) and they’ve been living in my grandmas house (Los Angeles, CA) for over 20 years. Within the past 5 years my father added my grandmas common law partner to the house deed for a tax cut.. my grandma is extremely upset about this. Her and her sisters put in all the money for the house, while her common law partner put in zero. My grandma wants me to do whatever i have to do to get him off of the deed, so she can leave the entire property to me and my brother. The deed is registered as tenants in common so currently they would both have 50%. My grandma also hates the man and is trying to get him out of her life. What do i need to do to get him off the deed? I have a feeling he will try to fight us on it. I assume he will have to know I’m doing it, but if there is a way to do it without him knowing that would be preferred.

TIA, any advice is appreciated!
