My nespresso pop+ i bought new at the end of February when my Vertuo Next died. This new Pop+ has been plagued with issues. Violently vibrating. Double red blinking light. Usually unplugging it. Waiting 15 minutes and cleaning the sensor would work. Today it did not. I called nespresso support. They walked me through allllllll the steps. Took about an hour. But the support tech was friendly and gave great directions s. Ultimately he decided to warranty my machine. Expecting a new one in 4 days with a new 1 year warranty. And a ups label to send the old one back. Overall happy but frustrated.
