My estimated salary will be in the 75-80k range for this role. About 12 hours 5 days a week. Overtime and stipend included in salary. Children are in school. With occasional overnights. My drive is an hour. Idk how I'm feeling that's the most money I've been offered. But also will consume so much of my life but the children are at school eight hours with limited household duties. I've gotten to the point where I just think I'm fearing any sort of burnout, but maybe it's a personal problem. I just need to get over. This money would change everything for me! Let me know what u think. Average full time nanny where I live makes 35,000-40,000 full time.
