Hi, I have a 350n epee mask but the the bib is not detachable. As I've used it for awhile the bib has go quite abit of dirt. How do I clean it?

Hello, I'm new to this, got my braces today and can't eat dinner properly, I had everything done today, upper and lower and something called an rme. I would have thought the top of the rme would sit flush with the upper mouth but I had canoli beans and spinach in a stew sorta thing and they keep getting stuck between the bracket and the top of the mouth. It takes sooo long to eat so if theres anything you guys know to let me eat faster and more comfortably plz tell

Edit: I ended up blending it up, still looking for a better option tho
