I know this is not new but the past few years short videos often get edited in a way that it seems like ever 1-2 seconds a new clip starts playing. I understand if it's a recipe or something where the creator cuts out unnecessary parts but sometimes it just someone telling a short story and they could have easily just made it 1 clip. But instead every breath in between each word is cut out. Why do people do this and why has it gotten so popular?

I personally find it very hard to follow stories when creators edit their clip excessively like that. But I can understand that it might keep people interested and watching the clip instead of zoning out. Is that the reason or was it something else that caused this video editing style?

I already read many posts about the speedcat ballerina sizing (mostly stating that they are narrow) but I just had a completely different experience. I was wondering if anyone knows if the suede ones fit more narrow than the satin ones?

For everyone who's curious ab my experience and how they fit me this is my review/rant:

I got the Venus wns (the satin ones). Bought them in the size i was supposed to have according to their size chart (size 38, 24cm) and they were way too big for a ballerina without laces or velcro or anything. There was also almost 1cm of space between the end of my toes and the shoe even though I just measured my feet and also at shoe stores my feet are always measured at 24cm. The elastic was literally floating above my feet (the elastic was not stretched out at all btw so this is just how they came out of production). I added the picture so you can see how high the elastic fits without stretching it at all, who even has feet that are 8cm high, dont even mind the fact that elastic is supposed to stretch. (and these ones also had visible glue at the soles..)

I also ordered half a size smaller, they fit good length wise but are also too wide and the elastic barely touches my feet. When I walk my heel keeps slipping out of the shoe. I am now going to try to add some anti-slip stuff on the heel because I do love how they look.
