I’m reaching out as someone building a small dispatch service (House of X Logistics LLC), and I’m looking to connect with owner-operators and small fleets who want help staying consistently loaded.

I’m trying to work with a small group of carriers the right way and grow with them.

What I currently help with:

• Booking freight for carriers
• Rate negotiation with brokers
• Reducing time spent on load boards
• Handling broker communication and paperwork

Right now I’m mainly looking for:

• 1–3 truck operations
• Owner-operators running dry van, reefer, flatbed, sprinter/box trucks
• Carriers who are currently using load boards or looking for more consistency
