I just saw “LK” graffiti at 21-06 45th Avenue and frankly it is a TOTAL DISGRACE. If this is Latin Kings-related, it is pathetic and has no place anywhere near our neighborhood. This is Long Island City, not a free-for-all. Nobody is stopping it, nobody is cleaning it up, and the people in charge are asleep at the wheel. Sad!
