Arbeitlosmeldung online
Hi fellow unemployed people,
I was able to register as arbeitsucher online. Everything was super easy and fast. Today I had the first online meeting, also easy and fast. She told me I can already register for Arbeitslos and Arbeitlosengeld, so I registered as Arbeitlos online, BUT they want me to set up a termin in person.
I read some people did everything online, and I was hoping to do the same. I’m on garden leave and traveling around. I thought that since the first meeting was going to be online, then the entire process would be the same. I would really want to avoid going back to Berlin just for this, when it can be done online.
Can I just write my case worker about it? Or just contact the arbeitsagentur in general? Or would it sound suspicious? Like Im gonna be traveling around with taxpayers money.
