Newbie: How do I best start microdosing dried shrooms (psilocybin)?

[English is not my native language, so I'll apologise in advance if I come off as rude, weird or unclear.]

Hey all, I'm thinking about microdosing mushrooms to improve mental health and manage ADHD symptoms (as well as trying to enhance neuroplasticity). I'm already experienced with shrooms for tripping (love it), and I just started growing them myself. I've come across some scientific articles about some of the benefits and have read some experiences of other people. Atm I'm really burned out and stressed from my study and I notice the stress is taking a toll on my brain functions, especially memory and focus. To be completely honest, it's getting depressing to the point that I don't find joy in things anymore, and don't even want to get out of bed. For this I will talk to a therapist, but apart from that I want to find out if and how microdosing could be beneficial for me.

I'd like to start my research about the practibilities of microdosing, but the available information is really variable and I'm struggling to find some trustworthy sources. Maybe you guys can direct me to some? Think of quantities and schemes, because I don't want to build tolerance.

What is the best way to microdose shrooms? Just get a mg scale and eat the dried amount? Or is there some benefit to grinding it? Is there some scientific evidence about the way it should be ingested and in what particular form?

Question for my dear ladies:

Did you per chance find benefits relating to your menstrual cycle? My focus is already bad because of ADHD but it's always worse in my follicular phase.

I'd love to hear experiences from other university students that tried microdosing, and from fellow ADHD'ers. Also from people whom specifically tried microdosing for enhancing neuroplasticity. Thanks for the help :) and sorry for my chaotic post.
