This is a honest review that is not paid for or used for a discount. I ordered these frames April 1st and just now getting them may 6th. For starts I’m not happy or satisfied because the frame we discussed is totally different from what I received in person. I asked for the rectangle sunglasses all black with clear prescription lenses and I received HUGE square glasses instead. I understand mistakes can happen as Chanel makes two similar styles one big and square and one small and rectangle. She has not offered to make it right & has instead tried to keep insisting it’s the same frame.

Customer service- 8/10
