Are there any good pre-med colleges that are GPA-friendly?🫩

I'm nearing the end of my junior year in high school, so l've been stressing about college (obvi) and I want to take the pre-med track with a science major in uni. However, my school has a weird grading system not based on percentage, and I'm scared I'm not properly prepared for the grading in college. So l came out to ask if anyone knows of a good school that still has medical opportunities (research, hospitals, ykyk) and proper requisite classes with good professors and teaching BUT also a little kinder on the grading🥹. What I mean is a school that also offers helpful tutoring, office hours, advising, a friendlier curve, maybe even no +/-grading. I feel extremely greedy typing this, but I'm just really picky about how I'm bout to live my life for the next 4 years and how to set myself up for better chances to get into med school. I appreciate ANY replies, thank u!!!🙏
