Hi, 2 days ago a car crashed mine in the RTA parking my front bumper is totally broken, and we made a police report and i got the green report. i sent an insurance claim to my insurance (Orient Takaful) which is comprehensive, i didn't get a reply from them given it's the weekend. But i read in Google maps reviews they seem to have not good rating at all regarding the customer service and claiming procedures.

anybody tried them before and how long it took to repair their car?

does anybody knows good garage in dubai like Al Qouz to install front parking senors for my car.

I bought Valeo Beep and Park, hopefully it's a good quality and i went to a garage to install it, it took him a week to install it and when i received it, it didn't work well at all, he didn't follow the required spacing between the sensors as the manual and when there's an obstacle on the right side the screen indicates that it's on the left side, he messed it up and procrastinating to fix it.
