How was your experience taking the exam from home?

Are you allowed to drink water or read questions out loud? Also how are bathroom breaks set up? I took it at a testing center the first time but I'm considering taking it online this time around. I just wouldn't my test to be ended from a small inconvenience but idk. Also if something happens out of your control like a fire alarm or something -- would you have to pay a retake free for the exam?
