Following on from last week's kickoff times chart, I've made a new page that looks at team starting formations and position depth across the whole season. (It's built for desktop atm)

Farke has a reputation for being tactically staid, but this proves that something changed. Seeing the positions and shapes totalled up over the year is much more interesting to me than a standard match sheet.

I'd love to get some feedback on the UI (It's built for desktop atm). Is this a useful way to look at a season's tactics, or is it too much info? Also, I have quite a bit of data to play with, if anyone has any ideas about how to present it please give me a shout!

Been messing around with some match data and put together this page that maps out results by day and kick-off time. You can filter by home/away too.

I know most of this is obvious but sometimes I just like seeing it.

Anyway, some things that jumped out for us:

• Friday 20:00 is apparently our time. 5 wins from 8. Who knew.

• Saturday 15:00 is pretty crap. 3 wins, 5 losses from 10 games.

• We've played 34 games and won 26.5% of them which is... yeah.

Anyway thought some of you might find it interesting. Happy to share the link if anyone wants to look up other teams.

I know we always get the stats for set-play goals but do we know how many goals we've scored this year directly from throw-ins? Considering both goals were the other day and I can remember at least one against Palace?
