Hi all, 4th year RN here, been practicing on the wards and most recently transitioned to theatre... Been finding OT nursing less stressful than the wards, but less overall pay and satisfaction. Feeling quite lost in what I where I would like my career to go in the future. Unsure if I should take this opportunity to further my education or not. Does anything have similar experiences they would care to share? And where did you all do your masters, how did you find the workload etc?
