So for context, I recently found out I have a deviated septum and will need surgery to correct it. Because of this, I’m considering doing a rhinoplasty at the same time. I don’t dislike my nose, and objectively I know it’s not “unattractive.” But, I do really like the idea of optimizing it to be slightly more “ideal.” I’m mainly just wanting a refinement of the tip. Just a little more upturned, and narrower. Very subtle. Nothing drastic. I still want to look like me, just slightly improved. I’ve already had a consult with a rhinoplasty specialist, and I honestly did like the morphs they showed me (last two photos). That said, I keep going back and forth on whether it’s worth it for such a small change.

I think what I’m struggling with most is whether I should just leave “good enough” alone, and whether I might regret either decision.

I know it’s ultimately a personal decision, but I’m really torn. I’d love outside opinions. Especially from people who’ve been in a similar situation. Would you do it, or leave it alone?
