Can someone help me by letting me know when the website is back up and working for us to be able to book a Consular appointment.

I am applying for B1/B2. I am able to select the OFC appointment details but the website freezes when I reach the Consular page. After 30 or so minutes, it takes me back to the OFC scheduling page because the Consular appointment wasn't booked in time. I have been trying since 2 days now.

I relied on self study for L1 and L2 and cleared both in their first attempts.

L1 (2023) - Schweser books + CFA EOC;

L2 (2025) - everything from CFA Institute

Now, for L3, given that it has essay-type questions, I was planning to buy video lectures from an external prep provider (MM OR Chalk&Board based on other reddit posts). My main aim to get resources from an external prep provider is:

- to better plan my study prep and

- to better frame my answers in the exam.

I am going to register for L3's Feb 2027 exam with PM as the pathway.

I wanted your view on choosing self study for L3 - is it sufficient and doable while working full time? I can still choose mocks from other sources but the main study reference will remain CFA Institute's resources.
