hi! for context i’m 18 & my little brother is 13. we were trusted friends before, but it seems like a recent update might have removed it? because we’re no longer trusted friends. regardless, i’m in college & not being able to see his chats makes it hard to play when i’m away.

i know that because we’re in different age groups, i need to scan his QR code live, not through a screenshot, or import him through my contacts. i’ve tried both & neither are working :-( we’re both age verified too, so it’s not that. he hasn’t verified his birthday because he doesn’t have an ID, but i doubt that’s the reason why 😭

i was just wondering if people have gone through anything similar or if anyone has any solutions to this. am i doing something wrong? 😭
