Took three hours (10:30-1:30pm) to get through passport check after we did the bio screens for apparently no reason. Generally only three counters open which was obviously not enough. I missed my flight to Madeira. I’m now rebooked at cost for another easy jet flight. Sitting at the Lisbon airport now waiting to be able to check into it. Had it been a TAP flight they would have helped me not miss my flight. I’m not complaining I totally knew this could happen just hoping to help the next person avoid my same mistakes.
