We're looking for 2 more hungry cold callers who know how to start conversations and book appointments to join our team.
Who we are:
Bildr Brand is a marketing agency that helps contractors and trades businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, GCs) get more leads and dominate their local market online.
What you'd be doing:
· Cold calling local trades businesses in Canada and the U.S.
· Using a proven script and angle (we hand you the leads and the pitch)
· Booking qualified discovery calls onto my calendar
· Light follow-up on no-shows and warm leads
The deal:
💰 50% commission on every deal that closes from your appointments
Earn up to $2,499 per sale — depending on the package that closes
The more you book, the more you earn. Simple.
Who this is for:
· You're comfortable on the phone — rejection doesn't rattle you
· You've done cold calling before (B2B preferred)
· Background or experience in construction/trades is a big plus
· You're self-motivated and want income tied to your effort
