**GENERAL**
**GENERAL**
* I currently offer **character headshot commissions and fully illustrated character art,** if you are interested in the fully illustrated character art please send me a message and we can discuss details on price
* These commissions are for **personal use unless discussed otherwise**
* I reserve the right to decline any commission request
* By commissioning me, you agree to these terms
**PAYMENT**
* All prices are listed in **USD**
* Payment is required **upfront** before I begin work
* Payments are accepted through paypal, a QR code or link will be sent before the order is finalized
* Refunds are only available **before work has started**
**PROCESS**
Client sends reference(s) and description
I will confirm details and send invoice, I am open to conversation and aim to get as close to your vision as possible
I begin sketch phase
Client receives preview for approval
Final artwork delivered after completion
**REVISIONS**
* 1–2 minor revisions allowed during sketch stage
* Small color adjustments allowed during coloring stage
* Major changes after lineart may require an additional fee
* No revisions after final delivery
**TURNAROUND TIME**
* Typical turnaround: **3–7 days**
* This may vary depending on queue and complexity
* I will notify you if delays occur
**WILL DRAW**
* Original characters
* DnD characters
* Fan characters
* Fantasy outfits / light armor
**WILL NOT DRAW**
* NSFW content
* Heavy mecha/Heavy Armor
* Complex backgrounds
* Hate or offensive content
* Realistic Digital Art, I am only comfortable in the art style shown
**USAGE RIGHTS**
* Client may use artwork for:
* Profile pictures
* Personal posts
* Character references
* Non-commercial use
* Client may NOT:
* Sell the artwork
* Mint as NFT
* Use commercially without permission
* Remove my signature
**ARTIST RIGHTS**
* I retain full rights to the artwork
* I may post commissions in my portfolio and social media
* I may use commissions as examples for future advertising
**COMMUNICATION**
* Please provide clear references when possible
* I work best with visual references
* Responses longer than 48 hours may delay completion
**DELIVERY**
* Final file delivered as **PNG**
* High resolution image
* Transparent background available upon request
