Attention to UCLA bus econ majors

I saw some of u guys seems to be unsure between UCLA bus econ and other good universities bus admin. As someone who transferred last year and chose UCLA bus econ here are my takes. Now I would like to before saying anything say that I know bus econ is a pretty impacted major at UCLA and UCLA is a prestigious school. But don't forget you are going to school to get a job, when u get into UCLA u r a pre-bus econ and not just bus econ, due to the hardships of the early class 30% of students end up in econ and not bus econ anymore. I could stay in bus econ but even so, u have way too Les business related clubs or opportunities. Bus econ is not even considered a "real" business degree and closes a lot of doors already. Honestly I wish I had accepted my UCI bus admin acceptation instead. Bus econ is in L&S college so not a lot of resources for you. And Paul merage instead is a really good school and you have actual opportunities. All my friends who were down bc they didn't get into UCLA have good internships and are flourishing there. At the end of the day it is your choice to go for bus econ if you want to but just so you know it really is just an econ degree with some businessy touch. If your goal is to work in actual business degree related fields and not just be some kind of nepobaby who is happy with having a degree named about business at UCLA. Then if you have another admission for an actual business school be it UCI, UCD, UMic,NYU, I would urge you to go there.

Edit: if you have any questions u can ask in the comment section or dm me
