Hello, we recently purchased the Maxum X3 rack system, bench, leg press and flex arms. It seems to be a great, but expensive, purchase. For those of you that have this rack or similar, is there a video, manual, site that is helpful to show all the exercises you can do on this machine? There are so many its almost overwhelming. And we also have questions on the proper use of the flex arms, other attachments, etc.
