I lost my period due to anorexia. I chose recovery and got my first period around 9 months after not having it for about half a year.

My period is very irregular to this day. Blood test came pretty normal. I struggle with having no sex drive. It used to be high. Now it’s almost non existent. And sex is painful too. I am also so dry compared to what it was before.
I love my bf so much. And it’s so hurtful to see him thinking I don’t want him. It’s not true. I know he knows. But knowing and feeling are two different things. And I experience a lot of guilt because of it.

I feel so devastated and helpless. Please share some success stories. I desperately need encouragement. Thank you to all in advance.
