Curious about Sultan Qaboos I'm planning to transfer for my College taking Computer Engineering
My mother gave me the option to learn abroad and I'm thinking of accepting it, but I'm not sure if it will be friendly to international student specially with the language barrier cause I'm reluctant to accept it due to the language specially with Arabic.
