Has anyone here achieved Coast FIRE? I’m planning to start my FIRE journey and would appreciate some insights.

My plan is to invest for the next 6 years and aim for around 20–25× of my annual expenses. After that, I intend to let the investments grow untouched for another 5 years as a backup.

Currently, I’m working abroad, but I’ll need to return to India to take care of my parents. So the idea is to continue working abroad and investing for 6 years, then move back to India and take up a job that covers my basic living expenses for another 5 years. I'm currently 26 years old btw.

Does this plan seem realistic? Has anyone followed a similar path?
