Need help testing a new AR feature: Custom Avatars + Spatial Ad Placements for small businesses!

Hi everyone,

I’m currently adding a new layer to TwitGo and I could use some expert eyes. I’m building a system where users can choose Custom Avatars and drop them at physical locations along with Promotional Text/Ads.

The goal is to help those 400M+ small businesses I mentioned before to have a "digital representative" (an avatar) standing right in front of their shops, offering deals in AR.

If you are an iPhone user, I’d love for you to test the current build and help me with:

  1. Avatar UX: How does the selection and placement feel?
  2. Visual Stability: Do the text bubbles and avatars feel "pinned" to the world, or do they drift too much? (Working on integrating better VPS/Geospatial API based on your previous suggestions!)
  3. Ad Readability: Is the promotional text easy to read in different lighting conditions?

I’m a solo dev trying to bridge the gap between social fun and local business utility. Any feedback on the "spatial ad" experience would be huge.

Thanks for being such a supportive community!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been obsessed with a single thought lately: Why is our digital life so disconnected from the streets we walk on?

We check reviews on one app, listen to music on another, and post photos to a third—all while staring down at our phones. I wanted to build something that forces us to look up and interact with the world again.

I'm working on a spatial social network called TwitGo.

The concept is "Digital Footprints in the Real World." Imagine walking past a hidden cafe and seeing a floating "AR Tweet" left by someone yesterday, sharing the exact song that captures that place's vibe. Or a small business owner launching a custom AR discount card that you can only "collect" by actually being there.

What I’ve built so far:

  • Spatial Audio/Visual Pins: Drop a piece of your soul (a track, a note, a vibe) at any GPS coordinate.
  • AR Discovery: Use your camera to scan the horizon and see the digital layers others have left behind.
  • The 400M Challenge: I'm building an infrastructure where any small business can go digital in AR in literally seconds.

I’m currently navigating the "uncanny valley" of AR UX—trying to make it feel like a natural extension of the city rather than just another noisy app.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on one thing: If you could leave a permanent digital message anywhere in your city for others to find in AR, where would it be and what would you say?

Curious to hear if this resonates with you guys!

Hi fellow builders,

I’ve always felt that social media is too disconnected from the physical world. To fix this, I spent the last few months building TwitGo, a spatial social network that turns the world into a canvas for digital interaction.

What can you do with TwitGo?

  • 📍 AR Tweets: Open your camera and drop digital notes, emojis, or "QuickMoods" at your exact location for others to find in Augmented Reality.
  • 🗺️ Interactive Travel Map: See what people are saying about a specific spot before you even get there.
  • 💳 Global Discount Card: We are empowering 400M+ small businesses to launch their own AR cards and discount campaigns in seconds.

I’m looking for honest feedback on:

  1. Does the concept of "location-based AR messages" excite you or feel like too much noise?
  2. How can I better convince small business owners to jump on the AR discount card trend?

Check it out on the App Store:TwitGo: Social Map & Discovery

Also, I just queued our launch on NextGen Tools! If you like the project, I’d really appreciate an early upvote here:https://www.nxgntools.com/tools/twitgo-social-map-and-discovery

Looking forward to your comments. Let's discuss the future of spatial social media!

Hi everyone,
I’ve always felt that certain places have a specific "vibe" or "soul" that can only be described through music. Whether it's a hidden jazz cafe, a sunset spot by the sea, or the stadium where you just saw your favorite band, music makes those memories stick.
To bring this to life, I built an app called **TwitGo**.
**What is TwitGo?**
The concept is simple: It’s a location-based social platform where you can drop "musical pins."
• **Leave a Track:** Share what you’re listening to at your current location.
• **Discover Local Vibes:** Walk into a neighborhood and see what people are playing there.
• **Concert Memory Wall:** Leave songs at concert venues for others to find before or after a show.
• **Atmospheric Curation:** Help others discover the perfect music for the specific "spirit" of a place.
I wanted to create a digital "musical graffiti" experience that connects our physical world with our digital playlists.
I’m looking for some honest feedback from music lovers:

  1. Would you use something like this to discover new tracks while traveling?
  2. What features would make this more engaging for you (e.g., Spotify integration, time-limited drops)?
I’d love to hear your thoughts!
