as a 20F didn't prepared for NEET but gave it nd scored 196 in 2024 with wasting 11th 12th after being in relationship with a married man. took 1 year drop for neet 2025 but couldn't make it as i was in depression. now for 2026 took partial drop but again relationship thing came back because we both were together again now 15 days ago he gave me a lot of trauma and there is no chance of us again but now i'm regretting it a lot. why i didn't got serious otherwise i would be able to do it. what should i do now ? i was enrolled in aakash institue this year have completed 15 chapters in bio, 6 chapters in chemistry n zero chapter in physics. i want to get 500+ to save my izzat. PLS HELP!
