My mom has a milestone birthday coming up. I want to take her out somewhere nice but am limited to lunch on Thursday or Friday. Any recommendations for nice lunch spots that feel like a place for a fancy milestone birthday- good food, good ambiance, non-steakhouse, anywhere in LA, 50-150pp.
