warm up sets. used to skip them. first working set feels completley different when you actually ramp up
tempo on the eccentric. felt slow and pointless. now my muscles feel worked even at lighter weight
unilateral work. thought single arm stuff was a waste. fixed an imbalance i didnt even know i had
farmers carries. felt like a meme exercise. my grip on every pull lift is night and day now
mobility work. 5 mins of hip stuff before legs and my squat depth is way better than when i was forcing it
