hey guys, I'm coming off a GLP three (reta) in the upcoming month. I've been on it for about two months now and I'm down about 20 pounds. I'm currently on 4.0 once a week plan on moving up to 5 in 2 weeks but after that, I'm dropping it down to 3, then 1.5, then 1 and stopping completely after that I have history of high triglycerides and high cholesterol, and I would say that I have nonalcoholic fatty liver disorder, but I haven't been diagnosed. I wasn't able to lose any weight before starting reta even though I've always been in a consistent calorie deficit and trained and did cardio multiple times a week i bought 500mg nad+ because I heard it helps metabolically on the come down. I know this is a little bit of a rough. tiration but I only have 15 MG left of my current supply. And I don't really have the money to buy more. If I could have any tips or someone could give me a better plan that would be greatly appreciated.
