first time working with milliput. trying to sculpt this dead tree the milliput hardened way quicker than expected, so once i covered all the main branches it was basically cured already.

do you guys have any tips on how to give it a proper wood texture now that the milliput is fully cured or do i need to start from scratch?

any help is much appreciated.
