Hi everyone,

Am I allowed to serve a Form 3 along with a PDF document containing evidence, such as screenshots and emails?

For example, if in the respondent’s Form 2 they claim that certain statements were never made, but I have emails that contradict that.

Can this kind of evidence be submitted together with the Form 3, or does it need to be introduced later in the process?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
