Hi, my roommates and I are looking for a room (can be used as single or double) to be subleased in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place at 11090 Ophir Dr from September 7, 2026 to December 31, 2026! This unit has an in-unit washer dryer, TV, and internet included in utilities. Only add ons are water, gas, and electricity which will be by usage but split between all sharing the apartment. The price of a double would be $1056.25 and the price of a single would be $1700. Parking is optional and can be added on for $100 a month for a private spot rented.
